Must be able to lift 10 lb. water buckets and/or load and unload 40-50 lb. water machines through out the day. Must be able to climb ladders and have good dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to use scissors, pruners, hand saws, hoses and other small tools. Must be able to apply leaf cleaners and insecticides using hand-held pump sprayers. Must have a satisfactory safe driving record. Must be able to professionally communicate with clients and have a neat and clean appearance. This is strenuous work requiring good vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and the ability to work a 10 hour day in varying greenhouse and/or office conditions.

Service Technician

The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining interior plantscape accounts assigned to their care. On a structured schedule and within an allotted time frame, the technician maintains all plants and blooming color at clients' sites using accepted horticultural techniques and includes watering, fertilizing, dressing, pesticide identification and treatment, maintaining a clean environment surrounding all plants and containers, maintaining and updating service records, and excellent communication with supervisor and team. Service Technicians must have a reliable personal vehicle available each work day for transportation to the accounts. Vehicle liability insurance and a valid drivers license are to be in place at all times. Mileage compensation will be provided.

Installation Technician

The Installation Technician is responsible for the preparation and delivery of all horticultural products and seasonal décor to our clients.  On a structured schedule with an allotted time, the Installation Technician makes deliveries throughout our service region.  Duties may include: Receive, unload and unpack plants and other freight;   Select, clean and prepare plants for installation routes; Make deliveries of new installation work orders and or replacement work orders ; Maintain installation and blooming; Load and unload delivery Vehicles; Vehicle washing and maintenance; General property/facility maintenance; On a seasonal basis assist with delivery of holiday foliage and décor; The Installation Technician will be driving a company owned vehicle and must possess a valid drivers license and an excellent driving record.

Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible to the care and preparation of all materials going to a client site. This includes all plant changes, blooming program, and new installations. Duties include regular water and rotation schedule based on plant needs; fertilizer application; assess for pests and treat with appropriate action; pull/trim yellow and maintain documentation of all plant care activities. Select, clean and prepare plants for installation routes. Inventory management. Other duties may include: Receive, unload and unpack plants and other freight; Select, clean and prepare plants for installation routes; Make deliveries of new installation work orders and or replacement work orders ; Maintain installation and blooming; Load and unload delivery Vehicles; General property/facility maintenance; On a seasonal basis assist with delivery of holiday foliage and décor when needed.

Seasonal Support

Join our Seasonal Holiday support team and help spread Holiday Cheer! Duties include prepping Holiday décor as part of the prep team (starts September) or installation team (November installation and late Dec/early Jan take down). Installation teams set up and take down extensive holiday decorations on client site. Must be on time, work long hours during the install/take down period, be reliable, able to lift 50-75 lbs, and climb ladders , pack and unpack boxes, work as part of team. Work is Seasonal only and as a 1099 contractor.
